Bunista Roastery, established in 2009, is looking for a creative, passionate roaster who holds at least 2 years of experience as a roaster. This position holds responsibilities such as but not limited to factory management, team leadership, and deep levels of detail and creativity.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in management.
• 2-4 years of experience in roasting.
• Preferred: 2-4 years of experience in roasting facility management
• Preferred: Diedrich Roasting machine experience
• Preferred: Certification as a roaster

Competencies:

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate the team effectively.
• Proactive: Anticipate challenges and take proactive measures to address them.
• Attention to Details: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality production standards. – Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall success of the department.
• Planning: Strong planning skills to coordinate and execute production schedules.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills to liaise with team members and other departments.

Salary:

$50,000 – $80,000 Yearly
